Vignettes of life as it plays out on Esplanade Avenue and it's surrounding streets will take the majority of the space here. Life is whimsical and wonderful on Esplanade Avenue. Finally, this will also be a repository of visions of Esplanade Avenue in the future. While Esplanade Avenue is a world in itself, and it really is known as a millionaires' row regardless of how many millionaires actually live here, the surrounding areas are gentrifying rapidly. We'll report on planned developments as they come to light.
